Accounting for small businesses, which includes mobile online accounting.  The smallest service is just to keep  a checkbook type of accounting.  Next we have online accounting that provides you with accounts receivables and accounts payable.  We can provide payroll services, to enable you to pay your employees while we take care of the responsibilities of filing quarterly payroll returns and filing W-2’s.

Tax Returns, are necessary for everyone.  We will be providing tax preparation services for all of our business clients.  If you’re interested in having us prepare your personal tax returns, we’ll be glad to meet with you at your home at a convenient time.

Tax Planning, is important to all businesses.  Planning opportunities exist only before the end of the tax year.  With current financial information available before the year-end,  taxes can be saved or postponed.

Pension and 401K plans, are something that everyone should consider.  You will need to budget for your retirement and we can help.  We have several opportunities to reduce your taxes while building your own pension fund.   We can provide your business with a prototype Single K retirement plan or a Safe Harbor 401K plan.  You can defer from taxable income amounts from  3% of earnings up to $50,000 of earned income each year.  The potential is very great, if only you plan accordingly.
